We’re the UK’s establishment consulting company since 2007 based in City of Westminster, London.  We are looking for an active administrator to over see the general administrative roles of Juka. As the Reception and office administrator, you’ll be the face of the Juka Consulting Ltd.

  • Juka Consulting Ltd is delighted to offer an unpaid volunteering experience to a brilliant and proactive student. This is an excellent opportunity to be mentored and to learn from experienced business consultants. The Intern can gain confidence in the day to day work with senior colleagues and familiarise with the main tools necessary for any type of job.
  • The ideal candidate would be a student who is about to complete his/her bachelor degree and wish to engage in a volunteering experience in order to gain confidence in an international working company.
  • The candidate will be spending most of his time conducting market researches and discussing with colleagues about the business, but also providing his / her own views on the most effective marketing strategies that could be beneficial for the business.

  • You will be working in a small office with four – five people, responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors

Reports To:

  • Manager of Company
  • Provide first class administrative support to Manager

Working Relationships:

  • With other Volonteers, company’s staff , company clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for incoming calls – answer the telephone or meet clients who call into the office, answering queries and taking messages where appropriate
  • Assist with production and presentation of manuals on a regular basis, including updating, printing and laminating of various forms and signs
  • Understanding the basics of a business plan
  • Update website (provide info to web specialists) and social media channels with copy and photos, using a simple click and drop system (full training given)

Person Specific:

  • Proactivity and ability to work remotely. The candidate will be expected to liaise with a manager based in London.
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Marketing, (inclusive, social media, online marketing)
  • Market researches in order to support the decision making process and the business development of Juka Consulting Ltd
